ALYI INTRODUCES MARIJUANA PAYMENT SYSTEM WITH DATA ANALYTICS ENGINE?
Alternet Systems, Inc. (AYLI) recently introduced a Data Analytics solution available as a service into the $125 Billion Big Data Analytics market. Company management confirms their solution includes a front end payment system. Rumor has it ALYI attended the recent New England Cannabis Convention in Boston last week. If the rumor is true, what would a financial services technology company be doing at a marijuana conference?
I contacted the Company to confirm the rumor. I could not get a confirmation, but I also could not get an emphatic “no.” I asked if the Company was planning on introducing a payment system into the marijuana sector. I could not get a confirmation, but I was told that their existing solution is certainly suited for a marijuana payment system solution and that they believed their data analytics engine would be a unique offering in the marijuana sector.
ALYI With A Marijuana Payment System Could Deliver Better Than a 1000% Return
ALYI is a fully reporting OTC quoted company with only 100 million shares issued and out. Trading volume is small today. The PPS is just under $0.01 today but reached almost $0.20 within the last 2 years when the Company sold, in an all cash transaction, the last financial services technology it developed and commercialized. If the rumor proves to be true and ALYI enters the marijuana market with a much needed payment solution to include the differentiated data analytics backend, the PPS could fly back to the $0.20 level delivering better than a 1,000% ROI.
The following is from a recent press release published by ALYI about their new Data Analytics solution:
Where big company sales used to be driven by "mass-marketing" campaigns, marketing today is focused on "microsegments and hyper localization." Instead of designing campaigns that appeal to the mass, with the reach of today's social media technologies, marketing campaigns are designed for very specifically defined populations and even designed for the individual consumer. The input for such microsegmented and hyper localized campaigns starts with Big Data Analytics.
Capturing and organizing sales transaction data, to study and improve the efficiency and efficacy of future marketing programs, is a competitive advantage almost exclusively available to the largest corporations that can bankroll the development of proprietary, multi-million software solutions. Alternet is rolling out a Data Analytics solution available as a service to level the $125 Billion Big Data Analytics playing field between the Fortune 500 and everybody else.
Alternet Systems has a long-term track record in developing innovative financial services industry software solutions. Very similar to the development approach the Company is currently utilizing to develop its Data Analytics solution, Alternet recently developed a previous financial services solution and exiting with a 47% ROI through the sale of the asset. That same management is now developing the Data Analytics centric solution.
Data Analytics sounds like it could be a powerful tool in the marijuana sector.
